Lauren Silva, Swimming
The University of North Carolina and Wachovia would like to congratulate Lauren Silva, the Wachovia Woman of the Week.
Lauren is a senior swimmer from Aurora, Illinois. She received All-American honors in 2000 in the 400-meter individual medley. A Business major with a minor in Math Sciences, Lauren has also earned honors in the classroom as she was named a College Swimming Coaches of America Academic All-American. Lauren spends her free time volunteering as an ACT Mentor and is a member of Athletes-in-Action.
