CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Sarah Stankavage: What is one piece of advice you would give to incoming freshman swimmers?
Alison Clemens: If I could give the freshman one piece of advice it would be to take advantage of everything that UNC has to offer. It is such a diverse school with so many activities and there is always something fun going on.

Sarah Stankavage: Who is your favorite character on The Hills? Which character do you think you are most like?
Alison Clemens: My favorite character on the Hills definitely is Kristen. She is so confident and has an attitude that shows it. I think I'am most like Lo because she gets along with everyone.

Sarah Stankavage: What is your favorite memory of the UNC Swimming and Diving team?
Alison Clemens: My favorite memory is winning ACC'S , of course! The incredible team bond and the crazy atmosphere is something I will never forget.

Sarah Stankavage: Why is Rebecca Soni the athlete you most admire?
Alison Clemens: I admire Rebecca Soni because I swam with her on my club team and I saw first hand how she struggled with heart surgery and came back from it. After surgery she became the world record holder and I truly admire her for that.

Sarah Stankavage: What is one thing you would like to accomplish at UNC before graduating?
Alison Clemens: I want leave UNC knowing that I did everything in my power to be a great student and a great athlete.
