    The North Carolina men's and women's swimming and diving teams continued their excellent performances Sunday at the Virginia Tech Invitational as for the second day in a row UNC won six individual event titles, giving the Tar Heels victories in 12 of the 26 individual events overall in the two-day invitational at the Christiansburg Aquatics Center.

    The University of North Carolina men's and women's swimming and diving teams turned in impressive performances on the opening day of the Virginia Tech Invitational at the Christiansburg Aquatics Center. UNC swimmers won six individual championships on the first day of the meet.
