2008 Cross Country Season: Finished seventh at the UNC Challenge • Scored at every meet he ran in with a top team finish of second at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
Freshman Year: Placed 22nd in the 3,000 at the ACC Indoor Championships and was a member of the DMR team that scored at ACCs • Finished 18th at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the 1,500 clocking his best time of the year • Also ran the 800 during the outdoor season .
Prep: Indoor State Champion in the 4x800 and 4x400-meter relays • All-state cross country team member • Regional champion in cross country (2006), 800 (2007) and 1,600 (2006, 2007) • Runner-up in 1,000 at state indoor meet • Three-time all-region cross country honoree • Two-time cross country conference champion.
