2003: Cross Country - Won the UNC Challenge meet...At the NCAA Pre-Nationals, had a time of 24:41.4...Placed 17th at the ACC Championships and 31st at the Southeast Regional...In indoor - Ran mile and 3000M...Placed fourth at the ACC Championships in the 3000M (8:23.26)...Finished second at the Heels Challenge with a time of 8:26.38...Won the 3000M at the NC Big 12 (8:31.55)...In the mile, top time of 4:13.22 at NY Armory (7th place)...Had a time of 4:13.92 at the VT Last Chance and finished third at the Carolina Fast Times (4:14.30). In outdoor - Earned eighth place and had best 1500M time of the season at the ACC Championships...Had a time of 3:50.90 at Georgia Tech meet...In the 800M finished eighth at the Charlotte Invitational with a time of 1:55.11.
2002: Cross Country - Competed in six events for Carolina ... Had a 23rd-place finish at the Southeast Regional with a time of 30:47.3 (10K), earning All-regional honors ... Finished three spots shy at the ACC Championship from making the All-ACC team, placing 13th with a time of 25:17.5 (8K) ... Had two second-place finishes at the Campbell Invite (16:06.9/5K) and the UNC Challenge (25:32/8K) ... Placed 29th at the Great American Festival (27:16.8/8K) and 75th in the Asics/Pre-National meet (25:05.6/8K).
2001: Cross Country: Ran in five events for the Tar Heels ... Took second at the Charlotte Invite with a combined time of 50:23.27 (10 mile relay) ... Finished in 46th place at the ACC Championship with his time of 26:14.3 (8K) ... Ended in 100th place at the NCAA Pre-Meet (25:53, 8K) ... Placed fifth at the Carolina Challenge with a time of 26:29.40 (5 miles).
Prep: Two-time Foot Locker Finalist and 2001 Foot Locker All-America...Two-time New England cross-country champion ...Four-time all state and All-New England in cross country.
