    With just one week remaining before Opening Day at the Bosh, the North Carolina Tar Heels held a seven-and-a-half inning scrimmage on Friday afternoon that ended in a 7-7 tie.

    CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - NCAA Chapel Hill Regional champ North Carolina will meet Alabama in next weekend's Super Regional for the right to move on to the College World Series. The Tar Heels (48-13) and Crimson Tide (44-19) will play a best-of-three series most likely in Tuscaloosa, Ala., at Sewell-Thomas Stadium, where Alabama defeated Troy Sunday to clinch its regional.

    The NCAA will release dates and times of this weekend's games at 11 p.m. tonight. Four Super Regionals will begin Friday with four more starting Saturday. Stay tuned to TarHeelBlue.com for ticket information.
