    CHAPEL HILL --- University of North Carolina senior swingman Jackie Manuel and Duke junior center Shelden Williams share the honor of receiving the most votes on the All-ACC Defensive Team as selected by the league's head coaches. Manuel and Williams were selected by 10 of the ACC's 11 head coaches to easily earn spots on the 10th annual coaches' team, which was announced by Barry Jacobs, editor of the Fans Guide to ACC Basketball.

    Manuel and Williams were named yesterday to the ACC's 2004-05 All-Defensive Team as selected by the Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association.

    The UNC and Duke standouts were joined on the coaches' all-defensive team by Jamon Gordon of Virginia Tech (6 votes), Jamaal Levy of Wake Forest (4 votes) and Chris McCray of Maryland (4 votes).

    Other players who received at least two votes from the coaches were Carolina point guard Raymond Felton (3), Wake Forest's Chris Paul (3), Duke's Daniel Ewing (2), Clemson's Sharrod Ford (2), Georgia Tech's Jarrett Jack (2) and Miami's Anthony King (2).
