CHAPEL HILL - University of North Carolina men's basketball senior Tyler Hansbrough and women's basketball senior Rashanda McCants are on the cover of the 2008-09 Sports Illustrated college basketball preview issue, to be available on newsstands and to subscribers soon.
Hansbrough and McCants posed together in the Smith Center in late October for the regional cover.
It is the fourth Sports Illustrated cover in Hansbrough's three-plus seasons as a Tar Heel, joining the college basketball preview issue for the 2006-07 season and two issues in 2007-08.
McCants's brother, Rashad, was on the cover of the 2004-05 SI college basketball preview issue.
