    Chapel Hill, N.C. ---- Former North Carolina football players Jeff Saturday and Willie Parker have been named the to the NFL Pro Bowl, the league announced Wednesday. Saturday is making his third straight Pro Bowl appearance and Parker is in the game for the second straight season.

    Saturday was a two-time first-team all-conference selection at North Carolina in 1996 and 1997. He was a part of two of the winningest teams in UNC history, going 10-2 in 1996 and 11-1 in 1997. Saturday was not drafted after his senior season and was later waived by the Baltimore Ravens. He signed a free agent contract with Indianapolis in 1999 and became the Colts' full-time starter at center in 2000.

    Parker lettered at Carolina from 2000-03. He rushed for 131 yards and a touchdown in the Tar Heels win over Auburn in the 2001 Peach Bowl. Parker signed a free agent contract with the Steelers in 2004. He currently leads the NFL in rushing with 1,317 yards.
