2012 Chick-fil-A Challenge Final Results
North Carolina's team of Larry Fedora and Roy Williams finished tied for eighth at -6 in the 2012 Chick-fil-A Bowl Challenge and won $20,000 for scholarships.

For the first time, ESPN will film a College GameDay commercial on a university campus selected by fans. Until May 10, college football fans across the country can participate in a social media promotion to have a College GameDay spot shot on their campus this summer.

North Carolina defensive end Quinton Coples was selected with the No. 16 overall pick by the New York Jets in the 2012 NFL Draft Thursday evening. Coples is the 20th first-round pick in UNC history and the fourth in the last five years.
