Final Results | Championship Site
NEW LONDON, N.C.-- The University of North Carolina men's golf team finished in seventh place at a 867 after shooting a 10-over-par 298 on a rainy final round of the ACC Championships. Junior Michael McGowan led the Tar Heels tying for 18th place after shooting a 1-under 71. Georgia Tech won the tournament shooting a 27-under-par overall.

NEW LONDON, N.C.-- The University of North Carolina men's golf team is in sixth place after shooting a 1-under-par 287 in the second round. Freshman Bailey Patrick leads the Tar Heels in 19th place. Georgia Tech is now 32-under, extending their first round lead.

Tar Heel ACC Championship Notes> | Live Scoring | First Round Pairings
North Carolina will be going after its 12th ACC victory and its first since 2006 at the 59th annual ACC Championship beginning this Friday and continuing through Sunday at the Old North State Club in New London, N.C. The Old North State Club features a par 72, 7,102-yard layout. Tee times begin at 8:30 a.m. each day. The Tar Heels begin teeing off at 11:10 on Friday.

Complete Results
The University of North Carolina men's golf team tied for fourth at the River Landing Intercollegiate after concluding the second round with a 4-under-par 284 followed by a 3-under 285 in the final round for a 9-under 855 total. After playing 27 holes on Friday, teams concluded the second round Saturday morning followed by the final 18 holes in the afternoon. The Tar Heels were led by Michael McGowan who finished tied for fifth in the individual race.
