    General: A three-time returning letterman who is one of four captains of the 2005 Tar Heel team...one of the leaders of the Carolina squad...an excellent example for underclassmen on and off the field...a strong challenger to move into the starting lineup on close defense as a senior...has shown marked improvement in practice over the past year as he looks to increase his playing time.
