CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The University of North Carolina men's lacrosse team has earned the No. 4 seed in the 2010 NCAA Division I Men's Lacrosse Championship and will play host to Colonial Athletic Association champion Delaware at Fetzer Field on Sunday, May 16 at 5 p.m. The game will be televised nationally on ESPNU.

Carolina finished the regular season with a record of 12-2 and was seeded fourth in the tournament for the second time in the past three years. The Tar Heels will host the CAA champion Blue Hens, who secured their bid Saturday with a win over Towson in the CAA Tournament championship game in Towson, Md.

This will be the 14th meeting between the two teams and the first since 2002. The Tar Heels lead the all-time series 8-5. Both head coaches are UNC graduates -- Bob Shillinglaw ('74) at Delaware and Joe Breschi ('90) at UNC.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and senior citizens. Fetzer Field gates will open at 4 p.m. Sunday.
