    2009-10: Battled nagging injuries throughout season in registering 12-11 record • Placed third at the Hokie Open with a 3-1 record, including a 22-5 technical fall victory over Mike Bell of Duke • Was 3-2 at the Reno Tournament of Champions, including one win via technical fall and one via fall • Recorded only ACC victory with a 18-8 major decision over Dale Shull of Duke • Injured in second bout of ACC Championships to end season.

    2008-09: NCAA qualifier • Starter at 133 pounds logged a 24-10 record • Went 8-2 in duals and posted a 3-1 record versus the ACC • Recorded a team-high nine major decisions • Earned All-ACC honors with a runner-up finish at the league championships • Won first two bouts at ACC Championships by a combined 29-12 margin before falling to No. 11 Steve Bell of Maryland in the final • Also placed fourth at the Reno Tournament of Champions with a 5-2 mark and fifth at the Southern Scuffle with a 6-2 record.

    2007-08: Redshirt year • Went 10-2 wrestling unattached with two pins • Won the 149-pound title with a 5-0 record at the Shorty Hitchcock Memorial Classic • Also placed third in the Freshman/Sophomore Division at the Michigan State Open with a 5-1 mark.

    2006-07: Carolina's starter at 141 pounds for much of the season • Recorded a 14-14 record, including a 5-8 dual mark and a 2-4 mark versus the ACC • Earned a pair of technical falls and three major decisions • Took seventh place at the Michigan State Open with a 5-2 record • Went 3-2 at the Nittany Lion Open • Posted dual wins in ACC matches against Duke and Virginia.

    Prep: Four-year letterwinner at Council Rock South High School • Two-time Pennsylvania state champion • Two-time academic All-America selection.
