    1998: A redshirt during her first season at UNC - Member of 1998 U.S. under-19 team that competed in the Montreal Cup July 1-5, 1998 - That team also competed in the National Indoor Tournament and the California Cup - Participated in USFHA Elite Summer League

    At Oak Park & River Forest High School: Illinois Player of the Year as a senior - MVP and tri-captain of the team that finished second in the state in 1997 - State All-Academic team - Named the state's Offensive Player of the Year as a junior and senior - High school All-America pick in 1997 and '98 - Also participated in A and B camp and the National Field Hockey Festival - As a junior, played on the state championship team and led Illinois in goals and assists - Played on the U.S. Under-18 and Under-16 teams - Most Improved Player award as a sophomore, when her team finished second in the state - Played four years of basketball and three years of softball - Also competed in track as a senior, finishing seventh in the state in the 4x800 relay - All-state in track and field - School's Athlete of the Year as a senior
