    Tar Heel is taking the semester away from Chapel Hill to train with the U.S. squad.

    Majoring in communication studies ... Preseason All-ACC selection in 2011 for the second year in a row ... Member of the 2011-12 U.S. National Team Development Squad... Traveled to Ireland and Germany with the Under-21 team in March ... Participates in the Carolina Leadership Academy's Rising Stars program

    2010: As a sophomore, started all 25 games ... First-team All-America selection for the second year in a row ... Named South Region Player of the Year ...
