    Three Tar Heels Selected All-ACC
    Patricia Earley, assistant head coach of the UNC women's golf team, was selected Eaton Golf Pride NGCA Assistant Golf Coach of the Year as selected by the National Golf Coaches Association and announced at the NGCA Division I Awards Banquet Friday in Nashville, Tenn. Carolina's Catherine O'Donnell was named to the NGCA All-West Region Team while teammate Katherine Perry was chosen honorable mention All-America.

    The No. 6 ranked University of North Carolina women's golf team finished in 10th place at the NCAA Championships played at the Vanderbilt Legends Club. The Tar Heels carded an 11-over-par 299 in the final round for a 32-over 1184 total. Carolina was led on Friday by Katherine Perry who fired a 1-over-par 73.

    The No. 6 ranked University of North Carolina women's golf team is tied for sixth place going into the final round of the NCAA Championships being played at the Vanderbilt Legends Club. The Tar Heels, who were tied for second prior to the third round, carded a 15-over-par 303 for a 21-over 885 total, eight strokes behind leader Alabama.

    The No. 6 ranked University of North Carolina women's golf team is tied for second place following the second round of the NCAA Championships. Carolina fired a 4-over-par 292 on Tuesday at the Vanderbilt Legends Club for a 6-over 582 total, 11 strokes behind leader Alabama. The Tar Heels rallied on the last two holes with the four counting players firing five birdies and just one bogey, thus finishing 4-under on those two holes.
