  • CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--Atlantic Coast Conference champion North Carolina received one of the top four seeds in the 2007 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament draw Monday and the Tar Heels will host first and second round games in the championship Friday and Sunday at Fetzer Field. UNC (17-3-1) will play Big South Conference champion High Point (12-7-2) Friday at 5 p.m. in the first round while Conference USA champion Memphis (17-3-1) will play Southern Conference regular season champion UNC Greensboro (15-4-1) at 7:30 p.m.

    The winners of the two games on Friday will meet in the NCAA Tournament second round on Sunday at 1 p.m.

    North Carolina, Memphis and High Point were among the automatic bids earned by conference tournament champions while UNC Greensboro merited an at-large bid after falling to Furman in the championship game of the Southern Conference Tournament.

    Admission will be $8 for adults and $5 for students on both Friday and Sunday. Admission will include both games of the doubleheader on Friday.

    Tickets are available now on TarHeelBlue.com or can be bought at the Fetzer Field gates before the games. Gates open at 3:30 p.m. Friday and at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.
