    Junior Emily McGee surpassed 1,000 kills for her career.

    Sophomore Season: Enjoyed a breakout season after appearing in 33 matches and starting 30 matches • Uncorked 20 double-digit matches in 2010 en route to AVCA All-East Region and All-ACC accolades • Named ACC Player of the Week (Oct. 17-24) after posting consecutive double-double efforts in sweeps over Virginia Tech and Virginia • Registered 14 double-doubles en route to averaging 2.97 kills and 2.77 digs per set • Matched a career-high 21 kills and added 14 digs in a 3-1 win at Clemson (10/16/10) • Belted a career-best .455 hitting percentage and career-high four blocks, with 16 kills and 13 digs in a sweep at NC State (9/21/10) • Posts nine straight double-digit kill matches (11/31-present) and six straight double-doubles (11/12/10-12/4/10) • Posted 3.43 kills and 2.43 digs per set in two NCAA matches.

    Freshman Season: Played in 63 sets appearing in 21 games as a freshman • Led the team with 2.92 kills per set on the year, including 3.11 kills per set in conference play • Posted a career-best 21 kills at Wake Forest (11/20/09) • Rocked Oklahoma in a 3-2 win with 18 kills and a career-best 23 digs • Posted five double-doubles in kills and digs, including a 14 kills, .636 hitting percentage and 12 dig performance against N.C. State (11/3/09) • Her 2.73 digs per set ranked second only to libero Kaylie Gibson's 4.31 clip.
