Tori Seibert (1996-1999) was a two-time All ACC performer and the MVP of the 1999 ACC Tournament. She was also an ACC second team honoree in 1996 and 1997 as well as a member of the freshman All-ACC team in 1996. In 1996, 1997 and 1999 she was named to the AVCA All-District III team. She holds the Carolina records for career block assists (464) and career hitting percentage (.349) - the third best mark in conference history. She is also ranked in the top five of six other statistical marks, including career kills, career block solos, career blocking average, season block assists, hitting percentage and blocking average.
The 53-member team was voted on by nine league institutions as decided on by the league's 50th Anniversary Committee. The ACC, founded on May 8, 1953, is celebrating its 50th year.
